Lead times

Most pieces are dispatched within 3 to 5 business days and arrive within 2–4 weeks of your order. Some travel further than others, and we would rather give you an honest range than a date we cannot keep.

Pieces marked Made to Order are built after you order, and the timing shown on that piece applies instead.

If a piece is delayed beyond that window, we will tell you before you have to ask.

Shipping

Shipping is calculated at checkout.

We ship within the contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or internationally, and we are not able to cover damage to pieces sent to or through a freight forwarding company.

Most addresses ship at the rate shown at checkout. A few, typically islands, peninsulas and remote rural routes, carry an additional fee from the carrier. If that turns out to apply to your address, we will email you the exact amount before your order is released, and you can accept it or cancel for a full refund.

Delivery

Smaller items ship by parcel carrier. Larger pieces ship by freight, and the carrier will call to arrange a delivery window that suits you. Freight delivery is curbside.

Someone over 18 needs to be present to receive and sign for freight deliveries. Please make sure the piece will fit through your doors, stairways and hallways before ordering. Measurements are listed on every product page.

If a delivery cannot be scheduled within 5 business days of the carrier's first contact, storage fees may apply.
