HOUSE NOTE · ABOUT THIS PIECE

Turned legs under a media unit keep a long low box from sitting on the floor like a crate, and let the rug run underneath it. It is the difference between furniture and an appliance stand.

Amber-finished hardwood with corner posts turned in a run of small rounds, four drawers stacked two at each end, and an open shelved section through the middle sized for the boxes that need air and a line of sight to a remote. Forty-four inches wide and only fourteen deep, standing eighteen high, which puts a screen on top below eye level from a sofa.

The four drawers are the part people underrate. Everything that usually ends up in a heap beside a television goes away behind a drawer front rather than into a basket on an open shelf: the controllers, the spare cables, the remote nobody can name. It belongs in a sitting room where the other Langham pieces already are.

Care

Timber
Keep out of direct sunlight and away from radiators. An occasional pass of beeswax on the unpainted wood keeps the sheen and extends the life of the piece.

A note on handmade variation
This piece is made by hand from solid wood. Grain patterns, knots, and small variations in tone or dimension occur naturally and are not faults. If you are buying several pieces to sit together in one room, order them together where possible, as batches can differ slightly in colour.

Shipping & Returns

Most pieces are dispatched within 3 to 5 business days and arrive within 2 to 4 weeks. Pieces marked Made to Order are built after you order, and the timing shown on that piece applies instead. Larger items ship by freight, and the carrier will call to arrange a delivery time that suits you. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

A few addresses, typically islands, peninsulas and remote rural routes, carry an additional fee from the carrier. If that applies to yours, we will email you the exact amount before your order is released, and you can accept it or cancel for a full refund.

Please inspect your piece on arrival and keep the packaging until you have. If anything is damaged or incorrect, photograph the piece and the box including the label, then email support@bramleyhousehome.com within 24 hours. We will arrange a replacement or repair at no cost to you.

Because each piece ships directly from the maker, we are not able to accept returns for change of mind.
