HOUSE NOTE · ABOUT THIS PIECE

A lot of coffee tables hide their base and let the top do the talking. This one flips that: a plain round top sits on a big, sculptural pedestal, a rounded, gently ribbed ball shaped so the light runs down every groove. It's the base you notice first, and the reason the piece reads as an object as much as a table.

Built from solid wood in a warm amber finish, it pairs a smooth circular top with that deeply reeded, gourd-like pedestal, each rib hand-shaped and rounded off. The top gives you a generous, uninterrupted surface for trays, books, and drinks, while the weighty base keeps the whole thing planted and calm.

Anchor it in the middle of a seating group where it can be seen from every side, or float it in front of a sofa as a single sculptural note. It suits a room that likes a bit of shape and warmth, and it earns its keep whether it's holding the coffee or just holding the eye.

Care

Timber
Keep out of direct sunlight and away from radiators. An occasional pass of beeswax on the wood keeps the sheen and extends the life of the piece.

A note on handmade variation
This piece is made by hand from solid wood. Grain patterns, knots, and small variations in tone or dimension occur naturally and are not faults. If you are buying several pieces to sit together in one room, order them together where possible, as batches can differ slightly in colour.

Shipping & Returns

Most pieces are dispatched within 3 to 5 business days and arrive within 2 to 4 weeks. Pieces marked Made to Order are built after you order, and the timing shown on that piece applies instead. Larger items ship by freight, and the carrier will call to arrange a delivery time that suits you. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

A few addresses, typically islands, peninsulas and remote rural routes, carry an additional fee from the carrier. If that applies to yours, we will email you the exact amount before your order is released, and you can accept it or cancel for a full refund.

Please inspect your piece on arrival and keep the packaging until you have. If anything is damaged or incorrect, photograph the piece and the box including the label, then email support@bramleyhousehome.com within 24 hours. We will arrange a replacement or repair at no cost to you.

Because each piece ships directly from the maker, we are not able to accept returns for change of mind.
